Individual solutions

The design process is driven by the needs and desires of each individual client. I will accompany you at every step as we move towards the final plan – from the initial idea and investment planning to the design drafts and acquisition of building permits. In the production of both official documents and final visualizations, I put a special emphasis on client communication. In open dialogue, we are able to create an exceptional work that reflects your lifestyle and your concept of living space.

Complex project management

Designs are solutions. The remarkable result of your project remains my focus as we move through the many project stages: initial interview, assessment of requirements, technical proposals, preparation of documentation, coordination with regulatory bodies, acquisition of building permits, interior design. I will also accompany your project beyond the planning phase, supervising the building site until final delivery is complete.

Regulatory support

You can be assured that your structure will comply with current regulations in terms of its form, flooring, roofing, and spatial solutions. I am a full authorized member of the Chamber of Architects in both Austria and the Czech Republic and have extensive experience with building law, applicable regulations, and urban planning. This experience allows me the freedom to focus on your dream of a harmonious, functional, and aesthetic space.

Communication with authorities

In order to keep a project on track, it is important to avoid any delays due to paperwork errors. I will arrange all necessary bureaucratic formalities with third parties and regulatory bodies, saving you time and effort. Such documentation can include: any building permits, agreements from neighboring properties, and approvals from the proprietors of technical infrastructure.

Financial control

During the design process, I will draw on my experience with technical processes and building materials to propose the most effective solution for your budget. In my negotiations with construction specialists, it is my goal to find price-conscious building solutions that respect your design ambitions. During construction, I will audit your cash flow to ensure that all payments made correspond to the quantity and quality of work performed.

Building site management

I am specialized in on-site management. This includes the technical supervision of on- site activities in accordance with the project documentation, valid construction regulations, and applicable industry standards. If urgent changes need to be made during the construction process, I can undertake any necessary design adjustments directly.
